How does PointOne integrate with Dialpad?

  1. Create a Dialpad API key

    1. Guide here: https://help.dialpad.com/docs/create-an-api-key

    2. Select the following scopes:

      1. Dialpad Meetings read

      2. Dialpad Meetings all

      3. List calls

    3. Copy the resulting API key

  2. Navigate to the PointOne web app (pointone.com)

    1. As an administrator, you can navigate to the Organization tab

    2. Under Dialpad, paste your new API key
