How does PointOne integrate with RingCentral?

Create a RingCentral JWT token for your firm

1. Navigate to https://developers.ringcentral.com/console/my-credentials/create?client_id=di44dTdmeJXeKpMbBeshAk

2. Fill in the form

   1. Add a label of your choice (e.g. "PointOne")

   2. Select "Only specific apps of my choice" and enter "di44dTdmeJXeKpMbBeshAk" as the Client ID

   3. Leave expiration date un-set

   4. Select "Create JWT"

3. Copy the resulting JWT (looks like: "eyJ...")

Navigate to the PointOne web app (pointone.com)

1. As an administrator, you can navigate to the Organization tab

2. Under RingCentral, paste your new JWT token
